O B Water Store Refund and Exchange Policy, the customer has 7 days to contact us in the event they are unhappy with an item they purchased. We will exchange that item for another product in the store or water credit within a 7 day period after purchase. We do not do refunds, only exchanges Customer must provide original receipt to cashier.

**We will not be responsible for any bottle or item purchased that has obviously been dropped, scraped, bumped, is old, self repaired or tampered with by customer, or roughly handled in any way after it left this premises by customer.
Treating any retail item or water bottle in this manner will result in a broken or leaking water bottle and/or spigot that will not be the responsibility of The O.B. Water Store to replace.

**All leaky bottles bought within the 7 day grace period will be immediately tested first to confirm cause of the leak before being replaced or exchanged.

All exchanges without a receipt or after the 7 day grace period must be approved by an owner. There are no exceptions. Any employee of The O.B. Water Store does not have the authority to give away merchandise without a receipt dated within 7 days.

Have a Leaky Bottle?
If at any time you have bought a water container with a spigot that is leaking we encourage our customers to please bring the bottle in for our staff to fix and test for leaks free of charge. Spigots can loosen over time and are very easy to re-tighten. We also sell replacement spigots that we can install for you. All leaky bottles will be tested before and after any repairs and cleaned
